I have been renting a flat in Livingstone for 11 months after moving from England. The flat was very convenient for my work, within 5 min walking distance. It was in a good condition and had everything I needed. The agents in the Castlebrae were very good at communication, very friendly and helpful. They answered my queries fully and in timely manner. I met some of the members of staff when they were coming for regular reviews of the property and also when I handed back the keys of the property in the office last week. Thought after 6 years of renting with Castlebrae it was time to write them a review. We currently rent with them and we have had a fantastic service from them, from the start of the rental process to date. Any issues we have had with the property have been resolved quickly and with a really friendly and supportive approach. Maintenance team are brilliant in getting any issues sorted quickly. Home Visit team always make you feel valued as a tenant and after previous rentals with a different company where a home visit was a stressful visit full of feeling like they are judging you and what is your home, the home visit team are friendly and make the visit about you and your views on the property. We would recommend Castlebrae to anyone looking for a rental property as you are very well taken care of. I would also look to use them if and when the time comes to buy a property as they have been amazing.
