COVID 19 Update
As you are aware there is a potential that due to the current COVID 19 virus, businesses may need to adjust their working practice. We know that this can be a stressful time for all involved and we wanted to let you know that we are taking precautions to protect our clients, tenants, landlords and staff, in line with government guidance. Whilst the office remains open we would ask you to make initial contact via phone or email if at all possible, so as to limit the potential spread of the virus.
During an outbreak, it is important to reduce the risk of further spread of the infection. This will require understanding and support from employers, clients, contractors, family members and friends. We have been looking at contingency plans should the need arise. As we are a client facing service we may need to limit or even stop face to face contact. In the event that the office cannot open we have the ability to work from home and will endeavour to maintain a level of service and respond to your enquiry. We need to bring to your attention that the Coronavirus situation will possibly impact on the service you receive.
While we aim to continue to provide a comprehensive sales and lettings service, we need to take responsible action to protect our staff, clients and the general public. If you’re looking to buy or sell a property, or if you’re a landlord or potential tenant, we have developed a risk analysis to ensure that safety is maintained on a property by property basis. In some instances this will restrict access and viewings. Consequently, we would ask you to email or phone to discuss a property in advance.
We will endeavour to provide support to our tenants where maintenance issues arise, however we forecast that the availability of contractors / parts could be impacted.
